I’m looking for an experienced hair professional or team who would like to take over and run the hair side of my busy salon.

The salon currently has: • 4 styling chairs

• 2 backwash basins

• An existing client base and established business setup

• Approximately £2,000 per month already being generated through current part-time renters and commission staff who are not in the salon full-time.

I’m looking for someone who can take this opportunity to the next level and make the space their own.

Terms: £3,500 per month rent

Plus 50% contribution towards the electricity & Water Bill
