Hair + Beauty Bar is a new High-end, luxury salon based in the heart of Hitchin. We are currently in construction and looking to build a team of hair stylists as well as beauty therapists to rent the space and prepare for the opening early next year.

Hair chair rent

What’s included: Chair in the Salon, own secured area for products and equipment (excluding electricals). Bills, Music License, CCTV cameras 24/7 for security, Flexible hours, key will be provided, marketing & outreach for new clients via the salon.

1.    £70 per set day (agreed days of the week / month)

2.    £80 Per ad hoc day (additional days added on either in advance or last minute if the space permits, but not agreed to keep as set days)

3.    £900 A month, own station, available any time during opening hours any day, secured only for yourself

Sundries

£2.50 per day Includes use and upkeep of towels, laundry facilities, cleaning products, client refreshments.

Products

Shampoos & Conditioners, hair styling products by collective brand, Davines.

You are welcome to use with the option to either pay a fee per treatment covering the products or purchase your own products through the salons account and keep them secured in a designated area with your other products for your use only.

In which case during the working day you can keep them out on your stations / the backwash basins and when you are not working you can keep them secured in a designated area for your products.

Additional styling products are permitted to be used but will need to be agreed prior to bringing those products into the salon to be used.

Colours are to be purchased by yourselves but will need to be agreed upon signing the agreement with the salon or prior to bringing those products into the salon to be used. When you are not working you can keep them secured in a designated area with your other products.

Electricals need to be your own and secured in a designated area with your other products. No bright coloured electricals allowed. All electricals need PAT test stickers to be in date. – The salon can organise this collectively to reduce on costs.
